I developed this blog on December 2021, for an assignment related to Module 7181 ES - People and Organization as I was a MBA student at London Metropolitan University.
Previously, I named this as "Employee Wellbeing for a Better Workplace" which was related to an assignment.
Currently, I am using this blog to share my knowledge and experiences related to HRM.

Well...
I completed my Masters in Business Administration from London Metropolitan University in the year 2022 soon after completing the the Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management.
Further, I have gained the Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka in 2023 becoming an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) - UK.
